A visionary project undertaken in 2019 that transformed a ruined 18th century building into a central social hub at the edge of the old town. Comprising six 1-bedroom apartments and two spacious duplex penthouses, each space has been thoughtfully restored, furnished and equipped for travellers looking for an authentic space in Girona. Also in the building is the La Comuna Cafe and the Wellness by Bon Dia yoga studio, both adding local vibrancy to this flagship project.
